How To Care For Your Cutlery and Crockery:

• Hand wash is recommended.

• Avoid moving items between extreme hot or cold temperatures such as oven to freezer/freezer to oven. This could cause thermal shock as this could result in fragility, cracking or breakage.

• Prolonged contact with natural acids (lemon juice, vinegar) along with other chemicals used for dishwashing can cause staining.

• Wash with liquid soap and warm water.

• Dry with a soft cloth and polish immediately.

• Try to Prevent cutlery pieces from rubbing against each other.

• Crockery with gold rim not suitable for microwave and dishwasher.

Step 4 – Fill in your name, email address and delivery details so that we know where to deliver to

Step 5 – Click on “Continue to Shipping”

Step 6 – Choose your preferred method of payment: Credit Card or EFT or Cash Deposit

Step 7 – Click on “Complete My Purchase”

Returns

Return/Exchange items/goods

• Return for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your purchase
• The customer will be liable for the courier charges of the returned goods
• Returns must be unused and in their original packaging
• You may exchange your items for another. Delivery will be charged.
• Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
• The refund amount will exclude the delivery cost
• Refunds will be debited onto your bank via EFT

Damaged good/items

• Report within 2 days of receiving the purchase
• Please email us at info@bahatigallery.co.za to report your damaged goods
• Damaged items will be collected/received before the replacement item is sent.
